You must cancel your recurring StratGeeks subscription through your StratGeeks account. Log in and open My Account, then open your subscription — the account menu shows My Subscription if you have one, or Subscriptions if you have more than one — and choose Cancel under Actions.

Cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled renewal date if you do not want the subscription to renew. Sending StratGeeks an email, contact-form submission, Discord message, social-media message, support message, or other message asking us to cancel your subscription does not cancel the subscription. Customers are responsible for completing the cancellation process through their own account and confirming that the subscription has been canceled.

Once cancellation is successfully completed, future renewals will stop and, unless otherwise stated, your existing access will continue through the end of the period you already paid for.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or completing the cancellation function through your account, contact StratGeeks promptly so we can investigate the issue. Contacting us about the technical problem does not by itself cancel the subscription.
