This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase of software and related services from BOT ATM LLC, trading as StratGeeks (“StratGeeks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Once a purchase has been completed, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange merely because you elect not to use the software or service.
2. Recurring Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation
Certain StratGeeks software plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize BOT ATM LLC, trading as StratGeeks, to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the subscription price disclosed at the time of purchase and for each subsequent renewal period until the subscription is canceled.
Automatic Renewal. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
Customer Responsibility to Cancel. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next scheduled renewal date if you do not wish to renew. Cancellation must be completed using the cancellation method designated by StratGeeks and is effective only when the cancellation has been successfully completed and confirmed.
Cancellation Requests Sent by Message. An email, contact-form submission, Discord message, social-media message, support message, or other communication stating that you wish to cancel does not, by itself, constitute a completed cancellation. You remain responsible for completing the designated cancellation process and confirming that your subscription has been canceled.
Renewal Charges and Refunds. If a subscription is not canceled before its scheduled renewal date, the subscription may renew and the applicable payment method may be charged. Once a renewal charge has been processed, the renewal payment is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Access Following Cancellation. Unless otherwise stated, canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. Access already purchased continues through the end of the applicable paid subscription period.
3. Third-Party Proprietary Trading Firms
StratGeeks is not responsible for the trading accounts, rules, restrictions, operations, decisions, or actions of third-party proprietary trading firms (“prop firms”).
If you use StratGeeks products with a third-party proprietary trading firm, you remain responsible for understanding and complying with that firm’s current terms, rules, and requirements. Your account with that firm is governed by that firm’s terms and conditions, not by this Agreement.
4. Third-Party Performance and Payouts
StratGeeks makes no guarantees regarding the performance, continued operation, policies, or payouts of any third-party proprietary trading firm.
The rules and conditions of third-party firms may change independently of StratGeeks and without notice to us. StratGeeks is not liable for any such change, for any variation in a firm’s performance, or for any discrepancy in or denial of account payouts.
5. Trading Risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that trading may result in significant losses.
StratGeeks does not provide individualized financial advice and is not responsible for trading losses incurred by customers. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any StratGeeks product is appropriate for your own circumstances, objectives, and risk tolerance.
6. Account Management
StratGeeks does not manage, oversee, or control customers’ trading accounts.
Trading decisions, configuration choices, position sizing, and account management remain your responsibility. Any decision made with respect to a trading account is made solely at your discretion.
7. Changes and Updates
StratGeeks reserves the right to update or change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The version number and effective date shown at the top of this Agreement identify the terms currently in effect. Customers are encouraged to review the Agreement periodically for updates.
8. Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Purchase Agreement, including the recurring subscription, automatic renewal, and cancellation terms set out in Section 2.
